Garlic juice is a useful remedy in helping to cure boils.

Boils are most often a result of a Staphylococcus infection.  It occurs due to the hair follicles of the skin becoming infected. The skin surrounding the area can become tender, filled with pus, and inflamed, and for the woman experiencing boils they are uncomfortable and bothersome.

Boils may occur in a single boil or multiple boils.  When one encounters germs of staphylococcus, they may enter the sweat glands and hair follicles, causing a boil or boils.

In order to remedy the condition there are a number of treatments available and among them are some wonderful home remedies.

Boils Home Remedies:

One of the most proven home remedies is onions and garlic.  You will want the juice from the vegetable.  By applying the juice to the boil, it will help to ripen the boil, breaking it and evacuating its pus.

Bitter Gourd is an effective remedy for boils that are filled with blood.  Mix one teaspoon of lime juice and a cup of fresh bitter gourd juice.  You will want to take the mixture on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning when you rise.

Milk cream remedy is another useful remedy.  Mix one teaspoon of milk cream and vinegar.  Add a pinch of turmeric powder.  Simply apply the mixture to the infected area to help ripen the blood boils and to heal them.

Ground cumin seeds into a paste by using water.  Apply to the boil to help relieve the pain and aid in healing.

Steep parsley in boiling water until it becomes soft and juicy.  Wrap the parsley in a clean linen cloth and apply it to the boil.

Turmeric powder is known to speed the healing process of the boil.  Simply boil a few roots of turmeric.  Once they have boiled, dissolve the ashes in a glass of water and mix.  Apply the ash to the affected area and let sit.

Avoid coffee, tea, sugary starchy foods, chocolates, sweets, white bread and white sugar.  Avoid condiments such as pickles and sauces.

By applying moist compresses to the boil a few times throughout the day will help to bring the boil to a head and help aid in easy drainage and healing.

Exercise regularly and take in plenty of fresh air.
